• Have successfully completed our online waitlist questionnaire via the link below

• IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPT ALREADY SCHEDULED - PLEASE GO AHEAD AND SHOOT US AN EMAIL WITH YOUR INFO AND BROW PHOTOS. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE WE WILL BE ABLE TO GET YOU IN THIS YEAR. WE WILL DIVY OUT CANCELLATIONS IN THE ORDER YOU ARE PUT ON THE LIST. 

There is no guarantee that we will be able to get you in sooner than your original appointment. In the event cancellations do occur we will go in order of first come first serve on our cancellation list.
